About The Founder
Deborah Benjamin
Founder, Impact Works Foundation

"From being an enthusiast, it spread across helping people, being a voice to people, being hope, and helping them find their identity and become better."
The Story
Deborah Benjamin is a degree holder in biochemistry and pharmacology, with a background as a client success manager. Impact Works Foundation was something that had always been on her heart, and clarity for it began to form in 2023, the year the foundation was started.
What began as a personal enthusiasm grew into a calling to help people, to be a voice for them, to be hope, and to help them find their identity and become better versions of themselves. The vision was also shaped by seeing people with passions and potential that couldn't be birthed because they had no help. That is the reason Impact Works exists: to give people hope and to educate them on the importance of clarity and understanding their purpose in Christ and on earth, from boys to girls, to women, to men.
This conviction, that people simply need someone to be a voice for them and a source of hope, is the seed from which Impact Works Foundation's mission and vision grew: to intentionally reach communities by meeting real needs, empowering young people and families, and guiding individuals toward discovering their identity, purpose, and hope in Christ through service and genuine human connection, so that communities are not just surviving, but growing, with mindsets renewed, lives supported, and individuals walking confidently in purpose and identity.
Every project under Impact Works, from sensitization outreaches in schools to feeding people on the street, is Deborah's original conviction lived out at scale: seeing people, restoring their sense of worth, and walking with them toward the identity and purpose they were made for.
